THE PERFECT WEDDING SOUNDTRACK At AceofMusic.Com our goal is the same as yours: we want your wedding to be perfect. Our approach is not to just show up and play songs; we work with you to design your perfect wedding soundtrack.
STEP 1: MUSIC PLANNING The first step is to meet with Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron. He will draw on his experience to help you come up with a music plan. One of the key elements in music planning is the age range of the given crowd; because of this it is important to determine not only what songs should be played, but when they should be played. Your initial consultation with Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron is complimentary.
STEP 2: EQUIPMENT PLANNING Once you and Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron have come up with a music plan the next step is to determine what type of sound system should be used. This depends on a number of factors like the size of the venue and the total number of guests. For some venues special arrangements are necessary to accommodate a DJ. We take care of all these little details; in most cases we will visit the venue a few days before your wedding to ensure that all of the necessary arrangements have been made.
STEP 3: THE INVISIBLE SETUP We make it our business to ensure that setting up on your wedding day occurs in a manner that is completely invisible to you and your guests. We like to set up long before any of the guests arrive, even the early ones, but this is sometimes a challenge as some venues will have other events booked before your reception begins.
STEP 4: DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY The final step is, of course, for Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron to carry out your music plan, as well as take the requests your guests may have, entertain your crowd, and play the songs that everyone will love.
SPECIAL SONGS There are always a number of special dances and events that occur at a wedding reception, like the garter toss or the father's dance with the bride. Very often couples have not thought about what the perfect song will be. These are memorable moments and the music that is playing is a very important element. With a little forethought you won't be forced make these important music decisions at the spur of the moment.
